Last Saturday March 22, Isle of Palms Recreation center hosted another successful Easter Egg Hunt. There was a excellent turn out for the annual event. Children of all ages enjoyed searching for the plentiful eggs scattered among the recreation grounds. After the children collected their eggs, they received a goodie bag full of candy and other treats.

The weather was perfect with highs in the 70's. There was a pony ride, bounce houses, snow cones, and cotton candy all available. Even the Easter Bunny made an appearance.

This event was another example of how wonderful it is to live on the Isle Of Palms, South Carolina.

Easter Egg Hunt Isle Of Palms Rec Center

On Saturday, March 22 at 10 am sharp the Isle of Palms Recreation center is having a Easter egg hunt. The event is free. Children ages 12 and under are invited to the recreation grounds to participate in an Easter Egg Hunt and visit with the Easter Bunny. In my opinion, one of the best recreation centers in Charleston County is the Isle Of Palms Recreation center . The play park is the best place for a toddler or older child to play and explore. With are several slides, swings, teeter tauter and other equipment to investigate a child could spend hours at the park. There is even a huge dinosaur to climb on. There are outdoor basketball courts, tennis courts as well as soccer and softball fields. Inside the recreation center they offer classes for all ages as well as a indoor basketball court. When I take my children, I usually pack a lunch and we have a picnic at one of the many picnic tables available.
